Wow... what a year! Life changes fast. After the brain tumor walk/run I was planning on doing some changes and updates to the site but as you can see that did not happen. My nephew was born then our second son came a long and family has keeped everyone very busy this year. My new years resolution is to update the site and figure out a direction for it but until then we still have people doing there best to raise money around the world. The most recent email I recierved was from Liz Crowhurst and this was her summary:

·         I have lost my sanity and committed to do ‘The Big Swim’ (somewhere between 2.5 and 2.9km depending on who you talk to) at the end of January 2010

·         I am very scared and have already become delusional about being Aqua Marina or a sea-lion;·         I have committed to raise at least $1,250 for Cure Cancer Australia and would love your help if you would be willing and/or able to donate anything at all to this great cause by going to https://www.cantoo.org.au/sponsorshipform.aspx and entering my name

·         I want (in a perverse way) to do this, and am lucky enough to have some of the team at Ironbridge crazy enough to have agreed to do this with me, in memory of Tom Tucker and everyone else that any of you have loved or admired whom we have lost to cancer;

·         If you prefer or as well, you can also help by ordering a dozen bottles of wine.  Now that’s more like the Lizzie you all know!  Although, just to be clear, the wine is for you – not for me – I am in extreme sports training!
